Rocket M204 Customer Care

Current documentation for Rocket Model 204 and most related products is available online from the M204Wiki. Documentation for older releases of Model 204 and some related products is available online from the Rocket Documentation Library. Access to these documentation sites does not require login credentials.

Contacting Support

Rocket M204 support cases can be entered online via the Rocket Customer Portal, by calling Rocket M204 support at +1.781.577.4323 or by sending an e-mail request to support@rocketsoftware.com.

Downloads and Uploads

Access to the Rocket M204 download and upload functions requires a Rocket M204 user ID and password. Instructions on how to reset your password or obtain an ID can be found below.

Download product authorization keys
Allows you to download self-service disaster recovery keys as well as new product keys when your site profile is updated. Note: current authorization keys are pre-applied to any product object code downloaded from this site.
Download fixes - Sorted by last update
Fixes for all products licensed by a customer are shown in an integrated display sorted by when each set was updated.
Download fixes - Sorted by product and version
Fixes for all products licensed by a customer are shown in an integrated display sorted by product and product version.
Download object files
Object code for any products licensed by the customer can be downloaded (or e-mailed). All available fixes will have been pre-aplied, along with product authorization keys — including a possible disaster recovery temporary authorization key.
Download macro libraries
Macro libraries for any products licensed by the customer can be downloaded (or e-mailed). These libraries are typically used for assembling user extensions and may also contain sample code.
Download client (workstation) files
Certain products, such as the Janus debugger contain workstation components that are not restricted by authorization keys. These products may be freely downloaded, as their usage is controlled by the Rocket M204 product with which they interoperate.
Download SOUL files
SOUL code for any products licensed by the customer can be downloaded (or e-mailed). All available maintenance is pre-applied.
Upload files to Rocket M204
This is a firewall friendly mechanism for uploading information to Rocket M204.
View customer profile
Allows a customer to view information about the Rocket M204 user IDs associated with their site as well as information about the Rocket M204 products they have licensed.

Rocket M204 user IDs

To request a Rocket M204 user ID or to reset your password please call Rocket M204 Support at +1.781.577.4323 or send e-mail to support@rocketsoftware.com. We will need to verify your organization before you can download products or generate emergency disaster recovery authorization zaps. If you need to change information in your profile, please send an e-mail outlining the requested changes to: support@rocketsoftware.com.

Passwords will not automatically expire, but users are encouraged to keep their passwords secret and to change them frequently.

Passwords may only be changed by logging onto the support page.

After the password is changed, you will be prompted again to enter the logon ID and password in order to clear the old password from your browser's cache.
